For Rockie, compare how the effect changes the owner, teammate or item named in the record. The skill wording for Stay Chill keeps the timing or condition visible, so a player can compare Rockie with the rest of the roster without adding an unstated bonus. Use the exact numbers and stopping condition printed for Rockie when planning a loadout, then return to the pets index for the next comparison.
